Cats Tongue - I am new - I know it states I joined awhile ago - but I think I logged in once in 2003....and then ran across the community a few weeks ago...in any case, I am just starting my 7th week of Slim Fast and that is how I have dropped all but 3 of the lbs. that I have lost. I was going to the gym for about 3 months before I started SF and only lost 3lbs that way...much happier with my eating choices these days and gym....I now go 6 days a week! Yahoo! In any case...today was my day off from the gym and my bf motivated me to go to the track across the street and we ran 1.5 miles ....okay...so maybe we walked 1/2 and ran 1/2...but I never ran that much 6 months ago....heck, I didn't run at all 6 months ago!

i'm up early today i felt like crap all yesterday running on 4 hours sleep so i crashed early last night and got up after my hubby left for work and got my workout done for the first time in a few days now that my allergies seem to be calming down.

lissa - im glad you got the jist lol! yeah i spilled coffee and now im missing the right hand keys - cuz theyre fried! the rest of what i said is that i have a new incentive to be extra good for a few weeks because im going to italy! woo woo! im so excited! anyways ill be back druing the week and gone on weekends till i get this comp thing figured out.
