L: Sandwich (Light Whole Wheat, FF Cheese, Lean Beef, and Mustard), String Cheese, and apple
S: Pretzel
D: Lean Cuisine and extra veggies
S: Low fat cupcake

L - Lean Hot Pocket, broc/cali/carrot veggie mix
S - none
D - ww pizza bread, salad

E - 30 min on treadmill

didn't eat breakfast, VERY hectic morning
l-chicken breast, mashed potatos, biscuit (2.99 meal @ kfc)
d-not really sure about that either

i'll figure it out and edit later

hey not super healthy but i can live with those cals

Breakfast - Omlette with 1 slice soy & linseed toast with sauted mushrooms

Lunch - Salad with feta and shredded lean ham (mixed leaves, butter beans, onion, tomato, capsicum, water chestnuts, cucumber and radish)

Dinner - Soy sausages x 3 with steamed veggies

Snacks - probably an apple

Exercise - Spin class and possibly the abs and then pump classes after it
