  • B: 2 Egg Whites, Banana

    L: ??? I have a lunch meeting . . . I'm hoping that they do subs since they did Pizza last time
    S: Carrots and Celery
    D: Big Salad - All of the veggies in the fridge, chicken, chickpeas with vinager and a pinch of oil for dessing
    S: Depends on lucnh
  • B: Oatmeal and Apple
    S: banana
    L: Broccoli
    S: special K bar
    D: Turkey Sandwhish

    E: 40 mins. HIIT on elliptical and 30 mins. of resistance training
  • Breakfast - Omelette (2 eggwhite, 1 whole),1 slice multigrain toast, 1 grilled tomato

    Lunch - Low fat natural yoghurt with mixed berries

    Dinner - Bread - 2 slices soy & linseed, shaved lean ham, prawns, avocado, cheese, cucumber, onion, tomato and two very thin slices salami

    Snack - small handful grapes

    Exercise - run to boot camp, 1 hour session, run home again
  • B - kashi cereal, skim milk
    L - shredded bbq chicken on ww bun w/ swiss, green pepper slices, yogurt w/ peaches
    S - celery with all natural peanut butter
    D - chicken parmesean, broc/cali/carrot veggie mix

    E - 30 min on treadmill
  • B-2 hard boiled eggs, 1 string cheese
    L-shrimp and broccoli stir fry
    S-frozen berries
    D-veggie chili i have cooking in the crockpot and a big salad
    S-100 cal bag of popcorn or 1/2C no sugar added ice cream
    W-3L
    Exercize-gonna start out with 15 mins on my exercize bike tonight after the kids go down
  • bfast- string cheese (80)
    s - 3 small clemintines (70?)
    l - salad with pear gorgonzola dressing and chicken breast (250)
    s? energy drink (20) plus cashew crunch (300)
    d- chicken breast and sauteed spinach. (300)

  • b-like three sips of my coffee, i had just bought it and then found out we could not take it into the conference room. i had to pour it all out.

    l-chick-fil-a, and since it took so long to get something into my system i now have a hunger headache.
