    D - ww pizza bread, salad

    E - 30 min on treadmill
  • didn't eat breakfast, VERY hectic morning
    l-chicken breast, mashed potatos, biscuit (2.99 meal @ kfc)

  • Breakfast - Omlette with 1 slice soy & linseed toast with sauted mushrooms

    Lunch - Salad with feta and shredded lean ham (mixed leaves, butter beans, onion, tomato, capsicum, water chestnuts, cucumber and radish)

    Dinner - Soy sausages x 3 with steamed veggies

    Snacks - probably an apple

    Exercise - Spin class and possibly the abs and then pump classes after it
