Weekend Planning Oct 6/7

  • i have NO clue what i'm going to be eating for the rest of today, so far i've only had a cup of coffee. i woke up pretty late today.
  • b - latte (130) oatmeal (160)
    s- grapefruit (80)
    l- chicken burrito (280)
    d- going out - try to be reasonable!

    total without dinner a little under 700 (so hopefully 700-1000 for dinner)
  • My hedgehogs name is Freddy (Mercury) and when I go out to exercise I say "Ready Freddy!" so much so that my boyfriend really did think that it was his name.

    b - spinach omelette
    s - sugar free strawberry yogurt
    l - rice, chicken, and salad
    s - lucuma ice cream bar (50 cal)
    d - sandwich, baked sweet potato chips, and beer.
  • Today was bad news (PMS, ugh!) so I'm writing it off. Tomorrow's my first day of Week 8 on BFL, and I'm going to make the most of it.

    1: kashi go-lean crunch, blueberries
    2: apple, almonds
    3: hummus & veggie sandwich, carrots
    4: soy protein shake
    5: veggie-loaf, roasted cauliflower
    6: veggie-loaf, roasted cauliflower
    workout: 20 mins cardio intervals, 25 mins steady state cardio
