I was so excited to come across this! I was disappointed to find out that I can not get the channel in my location. Also, I can not use the videos because of where my computer is. I definitely wanted to bring attention to it for the rest of you, though. They have around 40 different free videos (from like 1 minute long to 1/2 hour) of all sorts. I found the site a bit annoying to navigate through, but I think it is worth it.

I hope someone can use this! :)

Thanks for the link! I can't do this in front of my computer either, but if I can download them and put them on my ipod, maybe I could hook it up to the TV? Hmmm. I suppose they probably don't have them up for download though.

Thanks for the link. I did a few of the ab and butt toning exercises last night. Love it.
