August Fitness Challenge Participants: Good Luck!!
I just wanted to put a post out there to wish everyone in the August Fitness Challenge the best of luck! I've mapped out my food/fitness/homework schedule for the next two weeks--so I've set aside enough time for myself to get my workouts AND homework done--no excuses!
I hope the rest of you meet your diet, fitness and fat loss goals!
Oh, shoot, August is already here and I haven't had one glass of water today...aaarrrggghhh!
I didn't start out August 1st on the best foot, either. Tomorrow's going to be my "fresh start" day--August isn't tainted for me yet! Don't fret about it.
for this month i am aiming for 180 by the 31st - thats 11 pounds - its going to be rough but maybe if i set my sights high i will be more determined - thats the theory anyway.....
