Weaknesses-
-Crisps (potato chips)
-McDonalds (mainly the chicken burger and milkshakes!)
-Chinese food. Love it, love it, LOVE IT!
-Alcohol. I drink a lot, but I know how to keep it within my calorie limits now!
-Ice cream...yummmmy!
-Roast potatoes. So bad, yet so good!
-White bread
-Chicken korma with naan bread. Possibly the highest calorie meal EVER
-Sugary breakfast cereal
-Chips (or French fries)
-Fried chicken
-Gummy bears
-Mayonnaise on sandwiches
-Cookies
There is a **** of a lot more I am sure but I'll stop there!
I'm trying to limit everything I have listed but crisps are my biggest thing. I used to eat 3-5 packets a day...now it's 1 or 2 a month
