i have returned
 

i've been gone for about 10 or so months since i got preggo with my 2nd baby. now he's 2 months old and i'm back to trying to get to a healthy weight.
i have to update my goals and everything but i wanted to post that i'm back and trying again. this time i have to deal with a meddling mother in law and her southern cooking(does everything need to be salted or greasy really)

i gained 32 pounds during my pregnancy taking me from 188 to 220 and lost 37 within 7 weeks and lost another 3 within 3 more weeks. so now i'm starting at 180 pounds and just starting with trying to lose 9 pounds to start to get me back under my pre-preg weight from my first baby.

hey Lissa, welcome back!! i've been gone awhile too and just came back. congrats on your new baby!! AND on losing the baby weight so fast! good for you. What kind of program are you going to do to lose the 9 lbs?

i'm trying to watch my diet and avoid really salty foods. plus the kids keep me active
we eliminated alot of takeout and i try to do portion control when i eat. i just cant seem to stay away from the ice cream lol

Welcome back to the boards! Congrats on the baby and the weight you have already lost!

i got a new suprise today at my drs i lost 3 more pounds...with both kids keeping me active its melting off faster than i thought it would.
now my goal is 6 pounds to reach my initial pre-preg weight.
