Wow. June has come and gone already with huge success. I lost around 15 lbs this month, and am looking for a repeat performance this month
Also since I began 6 weeks ago I have lost 1 inch off my bust, 2.5 inches off my waist, and 2.5 inches off my hips and butt. Yay! So...here are my goals for the month:
-Lose 15 pounds
-Continue with the C25K program
-Lift weights 3x's a week, ab workout 6 x's a week.
-Wear jeans (now that my old ones fit me again) instead of sweatpants all month long because it helps me keep my goal in mind with no stretching room.
-Keep up drinking water
-Find balance in my life between school, social life, getting in shape, and work
-Simply get through another month. I'm simply taking this day by day, week by week, and month by month.
