I am at a stand still..

So I know that I am fortunate enough to not over weight, but I am heavier than I would like to be. Being that I am only 5'1, just a couple pounds on me can look like an extra 15 compared to other people. Having said that, I need some ideas that will help me get some real results. I only have about 10 or so lbs. that I want to lose and it is difficult for me to get to a gym. Do any of you have any ideas that can help me? I have lost one lb. since I have started dieting which was about 2 weeks ago and I can't seem to get passed that one pound. very frustrating. Any thoughts?
(I am currently doing the Special K diet and really limiting my calorie intake)

how much are you limiting your calorie intake? If you limit yourself too much, your body thinks that it is starving and slows down your metabolism, which makes it difficult to lose weight. I lost 20 pounds on Nutrisystem, and they recommended no less than 1200 calories per day. They also recommended drinking 2L of water per day. As for the exercise, perhaps jogging would work? Good luck and hang in there!

Along with the 1200 calories..you should eat 5 times a day...3 meals and two snacks. It helps with your metabolism. Jogging is a great way to see results. Good lyck :)
