Well when it comes to pants sizes, I have lost about 40lbs and I am still wearing the same pants in my closet. Of course they fit and they are a little to big now, but not enough to buy more, I have went from a tight 15/16 to a loose 13/14 and on occasion I can get into an 11/12 depends on the maker.

My top size went from an X-Large to a Large and sometimes a Medium but that also depends on the maker.

It's takes about 10 pounds for me to go down a size...


When I lost the weight before I got pregnant, I was 175 pounds in Jan 2006 and I wore a size 12 ...then when I weighed 140-145 I wore a size 6 before I got pregnant
