For those with a mac I found a great little widget called YouDiet that's "based off of" the Weight Watchers program (with points based off of fat and fiber) and it's pretty fun to use. :D I don't know if those with a PC can use widgets it has a little universal symbol next to it so maybe.
But I've never been able to afford Weight Watchers, so this is a decent alternative.
