Well hello....I am on the verge of starting a new diet. I am 278 lbs and 24 years old. I am watching all my friends around me get married and I just realized that I am just not happy with where I am. I want the dream of just dating someone worth while but most guys look at my size and run the other direction. I want to be happy.
SO..........FatSmash Diet here I come. Wish me luck. ;) |

Hello Starry Eyed :wave:! I'm new to Fat Smashing as well ... reasons being similar to yours ... I could just be soooo much happier if I cared enough to change some things in my life (weight being priority).
