Planning/Accountability Week of May 20 - May 27

  • Thought I would give creating this tread another try. Either post what you are planning to eat or what you actually ate.

    Sunday: (Accountability)
    B/L: French Toast (whole grain bread, egg beaters), SF Syrup
    D: (Out with my sisters) Chicken Soup, BBQ pork chop, Small baked potato, baked beans (not the best choice)

    Monday: (Planning)
    B/L: (Got up late again) Ham Sandwich (Whole grain bread, mustard, ham luncheon meat, LF Cheese), Lays Light Chips
    D: Baked Pork Chop, Veggies, probable a starch of some sort (mabye a potato if I have any or maybe some pasta salad)
    S: Popcorn, Rice Cake and Cool Whip
  • Tuesday May 22, 2006 (Accountability)
    B: Egg Sandwich (2 slices wheat bread, NF Cheese, 2 slices luncheon meat ham, egg beaters)
    L: Applesauce Cake and Milk (Not the best choice but I had a late breakfast and was starved when I came home from class)
    D: Chicken legs, veggies, boiled potato
    S: Applesauce Cake and Milk (again )

    Water: 3.5 Liters
    I also had 12 oz diet coke and 12 oz diet coke plus
