Sunday: (Accountability)
B/L: French Toast (whole grain bread, egg beaters), SF Syrup
D: (Out with my sisters) Chicken Soup, BBQ pork chop, Small baked potato, baked beans (not the best choice)
Monday: (Planning)
B/L: (Got up late again) Ham Sandwich (Whole grain bread, mustard, ham luncheon meat, LF Cheese), Lays Light Chips
D: Baked Pork Chop, Veggies, probable a starch of some sort (mabye a potato if I have any or maybe some pasta salad)
S: Popcorn, Rice Cake and Cool Whip
