carbonated water?

I bought some flavored water its the Sams Choice and I didnt know it was carbonated....is this bad for me to drink? If so, im giving them to my mom she will drink them lol.

nevermind, im just going to go ahead and give the stuff to my mom. Figured out its just like diet soda *sigh*...I wish I would have paid attention.

Say it aint so? Are you sure its just like diet soda? I LOVE these things and drink them INSTEAD of soda. I guess it sort of is, now that i think about it, only minus the caffiene, but i guess the splenda is what makes them bad, or is it the artificial carbination?
