HI! *wave*

Hi everyone - I'm new to 3FC, guess I will introduce myself =)
I'm 24, mother of 2 boys ages 5 (Aric) and 2 (Michael). I was a combat medic in the army for 4 years, and spent some time in Iraq. I am 5'6" and currently at 175ish in weight. I never really lost my "baby fat" and am now going to drop back down to 135-145lb range.

I am currently attending night college for my Bachelors in Medical Administration, and spending my days with my sons.
I start my new diet (Currently going to be trying out "Idiot Proof Dieting" 4 meals per day 11 days on/3 days off cycles.) on Monday of next week.

This is going to be my 3rd attempt at losing my pregnancy weight. I lost 20lbs in 2 months while in Iraq by dancing every night for about an hour or so, but gained it all back and more after having my second bebe. I then made another attempt at losing the weight using the Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle plan, lost 7lbs in one week and then just stopped due to lack of focus and motivation. (Yes I'm kicking myself for not hanging in there.) I carry most of my weight in my stomach, thighs and butt, and have lost considerable tone in my arms, shoulders and back from not exercising. =P

I enjoy dancing (hip hop, liquid, oriental dance, funk style dancing etc), singing, drawing and writing, playing video games, and did I mention dancing? =)

My weaknesses: Sleeping, cake/brownies, soda, not drinking water, sitting around not doing anything at all, but feeling like I don't have time to do anything!

I hope to make my goals a reality this time around! ;)

Welcome! It is great that you have an exercise that you love so much------- that is seriously half the battle I think. :)
