Hello!
Hi my name is Casey and I'm new to 3FC. I'm 23 and I've always been the chubby kid and an emotional eater. No kids but I do have 3 cats and a new dog. At my heaviest I was 332 and I'm now down to 285 through diet and exercise.
I've hit a bit of a plateau and it's driving me nuts I usually lift two hours a week and do cardio for 4 (I switch it up biking, rowing and walking, not including walking the dog) I also found out I'm diabetic. If I can lose more weight then it should "clear up" with the weight loss. I only eat between 1500-1700 calories a day. Any suggestions on jump starting my weight loss again before I go insane and eat a bag of Double Stufs?
