Default So.. what did you eat today?

What did you eat today?

I had a really bad migraine this morning, so I didn't eat until lunch. I had:

A salad with mixed greens, diced apples and tomatoes, a bit of shredded cheese and 2 Tbsp. of italian dressing. I had a diet snapple with that.

Snack:
I had a 100 calorie bag of chex (yum-o!), and at the mall tonight I had a cookie (darn it!) and a diet coke.

But then for dinner, I made:

Tilapia (it was yummy!! http://weightwatchen.com/2007/03/05/...usted-tilapia/)
Steamed broccoli
A small amount of some leftover pasta

So.. I guess that I didn't do too terribly bad today.

Edited to add: I just looked up the nutritional info. for that ONE cookie. Oh my. HOW?? I knew that I shouldn't have.

220 cal/9 g fat/1 g fiber/34 g carbs

I found out the other day that one individual-sized Marie Calendar (sp?) turkey pot pie is 1060 calories. (!!!!!!)

So if you're ever on a desert island....

Hmmm...today has been so far:

Breakfast - Special K with no-fat yoghurt

Lunch - Vermicelli noodles with asian vegies (home made)

Snack - probably wholegrain vitaweats x 2

Dinner - no idea yet - could be very lazy and have a tub of natural yoghurt with berries...or if the bf comes over perhaps some grilled chicken breast with steamed vegies and couscous

B: 1 c. Kashi cereal with 1/2 c. soy milk; 12 oz. Diet Coke with Splenda
L: Leftover lasagna (homemade with zucchini and spinach, whole wheat blend pasta, homemade marinara sauce)
D: Subway turkey sandwich on wheat bread (turkey, lettuce, black olives), Baked Lays
Other: Screwdriver that was super heavy on the vodka. And it wasn't even good vodka, it was made in Kentucky.

Not especially hungry today, so no snacks. Water only after the Diet Coke at breakfast. Not too bad overall, just a little more carb-heavy than I'd like.

I started off with a smoothie and then gave into a cookie I baked for the kids last night. At least it's morning and I have all day to make up for it. The little place and bake cookies are only 100 calories.
