Fantastic Day!

Well I went for my first weigh in in two weeks (was sick last week) and lost 1.6kg! Its just under 6kg lost (I think thats around 11pds) in around 5 weeks!

I also convinced my mum to buy me a heart rate monitor, so now I've got a better way of exercising.
