Ooh, can I please be invited, too? My user name is shelby1981. Thanks!

I have some concerns about the exercise calories that it gives you -- I think they're WAY too high. Anyone else notice this??

Shelby-- I was just thinking the same thing-- I did an hour of yoga and it says I burned nearly 600 cals-- I'm tempted to stop entering in my workout at all.

Yeah, it`s too bad that you can`t manually enter what you did an the number of calories...
I know you can manually enter in the number of calories, but that doesn`t really give you the whole picture, KWIM...

It`s a seemingly major flaw for an otherwise wonderful site...

This sounds good! I need someone to yell at me when I eat too much (or more likely... drink too much )

hey guys I'm so glad I read this thread - dailyplate is 1000x better than fitday! I joined the group too
I'm a little miffed by the site telling me I'm only consuming 800 cals though! Well, I guess its kind of true if I exercise & eat a certain amount of calories, but its just not the same thing with the exercise cals subtracted :-\ haha well whatever. I think its funny how the group page tells us if we (as a group) are on target!

Haha-- I think it's awesome..

I agree about the fitness, though-- FitDay was more on regarding the cals I burned (180 for a yoga workout vs. TDPs 500+) I guess I figure I'll just stop entering the workout.. it only really gives me the excuse to eat more!
