I tried sushi (spicy tuna rolls) for the first time yesterday, and they were surprisingly good. haha. I was wondering if any of you know a site where I can find out how many calories are in a roll, which I think is 8 pieces. I would really appreciate it! Thanks.

when in doubt, i go to calorieking.com. according to that website, a spicy tuna roll (4 pieces) is 140. 8 pieces would obviously be 280.

listed the calorie count of 290. sushi is pretty standard though.

I usually use fitday, but for some reason I totally forgot I had it installed on the computer. rofl. I looked it up, and it's just about that same number. Not too bad.

gosh, i love sushi too. but sometimes not the most diet friendly ones. oh well.

I love sushi too -- but caloric counts can vary, depending on how much rice is packed in, and what kind of sauce is used. However, the 8 piece brown-rice sushi (spicy salmon & avocado, my fave there) I get at Whole Foods is approximately 270 calories.
