Digital or Analog??

I have a question for you all. Do you prefer digital or analog scales, and why?

I have been looking for info on the subject online, but can't seem to come up with much.

I personally use an analog scale. It seems to stay consistent throughout the day, unlike my bf's "hi tech digital" which will quote me a different weight/minute.

I like the digital, mostly because you can customise it with your height and age, to get a really accurate weight, and I have a hard time reading analogs. My only gripe is they take longer to
proccess'.

LOL yea I have to make sure my glasses are on in the morning when I get on that scale. That's the only negative thing I can think of about my analog.

I prefer digital, they are more accurate and last longer. When I first started I couldn't figure out why my weight on a doctor scale (the huge clunky metal with sliders that NEVER stop working) was so far off from what I was weighing at home, and Tim has one of those doctor scales in his office. So, we went to get a digital and sure enough, the analog was off by 5 pounds. They lose accuracy very quickly because of the system used to measure weight. Plus you can store info on a digital, like LeeLee said, but mine is simple so it only stores 2 users weights and no height or anything. Still very helpful.

I like the digital one but I only have analog. I might buy one soon because I need it.

I prefer digital too. I hear they are more accurate as well. With the analog you constantly have to make sure its calibrated correctly.

I like my digital because it has nice, GIANT numbers that I can read w/o my glasses on in the morning :p

I prefer digital too . . . because I can read it. I would love to have one of those big clunky slider types, but can't rationalize putting an addition on the house for it. :D

The clunky one in Tim's office looks like it's 100 years old  and you should see how tiny the room is with what's left of space from that thing...it's like parking a small car in a bathroom stall

Digital. It's easier to read.

I also love my digital :)

I love digital. Very accurate....I have a hard time reading analog too.

Analog because it was $6 at Target. And the next one up was $40. :o I know it's not a good scale too, but it was so so cheap.
