B: SF Instant Oatmeal
L: Sandwich (Wheat bread, chicken luncheon meat, lettuce, cucumber, ff chees slice, mustard); Grapes D: Pork Chop, Broccoli, maybe a starch S: Yorgut Parfait (Dannon NF natural yorgut, frozen strawberry, splenda, cinnimon, and life cereal); Rice cake and cool whip; Probable a chocolate chip cookie. |
B: Slimfast Shake on the way to work
S: Craisens L: WW Pita with FF Turk and LF Cheese, Orange S: Apple D: Something good for me WO: Only walks on breaks and lunch should get about 30 mins in. |
I am always amazed by this thread and how little people eat! I print out my fitday menu everyday as a guideline and today it's 2 pages. You would not want me to post my plan for the day! =P

Jess - you are more then welcome to post your meals even if they are longer then other peoples.
I try and eat around 1200 calories a day. I don't know about other people that post here but I don't eat a lot of variety of food instead I eat larger quanties of what I am eating. |
