April Goals
Normally Jamie starts this tread but I haven't seen her around lately so I hope I'm not stepping on any toes by starting it.
List your goals for the month, weightloss and non-weightloss. As for me, my goals are: 1. Don't eat too much when I go visit my parents for easter. 2. Don't bing when my finals start. 3. 500 minutes exercise. 4. Continue on C25K 5. STUDY, STUDY, STUDY . . . Stay up to date on school work as the semester ends. |
My goals:
-Drink more water! -Not snack myself to death during Spring break (which started at 3pm yesterday). -Hit the gym at least once a week (this is hard for me cause I'm insecure around people I don't know, and I'm afraid to ask for help to learn how to use the machines.) -Walk three miles each week. -Lose 5 pounds in April. |
My goals for April:
Drink water Excercise at least once a week. Eat protein protein protein NO CHEATING... I am just cheating myself. |
My goals:

April goals:
- Since DH and I are having Easter by ourselves this year, make my very first HEALTHY Easter dinner. - 5x a week exercising - Continue to make good food choices, especially when eating out. |
1. Workout regularly. Start walking one mile each day for a total of thirty miles.
2. Eat sensibly. No more binges. |
- No chocolate consumption! (I am not presently a moderation person - and even if I were, I have more of a savory palate)
- No fast food - Min 60 minutes exercise daily - Do at least one 3 mile run a week - Lose 4lbs |
1. Be mindful of what I am eating.
2. Go to the gym while I am home and make the most of it, bellydance, walk, and ice skate (along with any other fitness DVDs I find/like while back at school). 3. Drink water, not soda. |
My goals:
Earn 4 activity points a day, 6 days a week. Lose 8 pounds this month Stop overextending myself for the benefit of others & make more time for what I love to do. Get my healthy oils in every day. Be more careful about bites, tastes, and overflowing measuring cups- it all adds up! |

Goal #1: I will not make 2 boxes of sugar free pudding and eat them both in one night, because there may not be sugar, but by god there are carbs.
Goal #2: 10 more lbs, baby! Goal #3: Lose 5 min in my 3 mile jog--(at 45 min right now) Goal #4: No beer. (I have no intentions of stink to that one, but... I figured it's worth a try!) |

My April Goals: 1. Stay in control when I am out with friends. 2. Cut back on my alcohol consumption 3. Stay on track with exercise. 4. Of course just all around eat healthier 5. Keep on track in school, and don't get overwhelmed. 6. Lose at least 5 lbs. 10 would be nice... |
My April goals:
1) Weight train at least 3x per week. 2) Get some exercise at least one day on the weekends (I'm usually a 5-weekday-workout kind of girl). 3) I'd really like to break 170 lb by the end of the month. 4) Stay optimistic and keep the super-obsessive demons at bay! 5) ...non-weight related, keep up the flossing every day -- have to keep the gingivitis away! |

I have got to be really strict this month. I am going to vegas at the end of May and need to look killer in my swimsuit and all the little sun dresses I have invested in. |
my april goals are going to be the same as my march goals:
1.exercise everyday; right now im up to 50 minutes a day. 2.continue to eat healthily. I've been doing really well with this lately, and ive cut my caloric intake to somewhere around 1000 calories a day. 3.get a job! ive been out of a job for a month now. i need one, badly. 4.continue to do well in school. 5.get more up to date on current events. |

Accountability not so good this month . . .
1. Don't eat too much when I go visit my parents for easter. Done 2. Don't bing when my finals start. No binging! 3. 500 minutes exercise. Um yeah I didn't meet this one 4. Continue on C25K Starting over after finals 5. STUDY, STUDY, STUDY . . . Stay up to date on school work as the semester ends. This is kindof what caused me to fail at numbers 3 and 4. I have literally have been studying every day for the last 3 weeks from when I get off school until 11 at night. When I haven't had school I have been starting at like 9 am and going until 11 pm. The troubles of law school!!! |
