Planning Friday March 30
Yesteday I stayed on plan. I avoided the bagels and cream cheese at the meeting I went to. And eventhough my weekend is crazy busy I am so happy it is almost here.

L: Chicken Salad Sandwich (2 slices wheat bread, Chicken, light mircal whip, celery); green pepper strips
D: Chicken and onions over whole wheat pasta with LF provolone cheese melted over it.
