Planning Friday March 7
B: SF Instant Oatmeal
L: 2 slices wheat bread, 2 slices ff cheese and grapes D: Going out with a friend for Thai food. Then to the Casino for some fun. I’m going to try and something with chicken and steamed veggies. At the Casino I’m going to try and limit myself to just one drink, probable whisky and diet coke. WO: walking to and from school 1.2 miles, if I get home early enough I’m going to run if not I will do it Saturday. Water: 2-3 Liters |
B: oats, berries, milk, protein powder
S: apple, carrots L: tuna/ black bean/ cucumber/ corn salad with sundried tomato dressing, orange S: cucumber, apple D: salmon, green lentils, steamed broccoli and cheese slice |
