Hullo!

I'm Becky, and I'm on a mission to look good in a bikini again. I had my first baby in October, and ever since I've been really struggling with my body image. I've always been very athletic and fitness-minded, so it was very hard for me to gain so much weight while I was pregnant.

I'm so excited to have found this site, I really think it will help keep me on track. My best friend is the only reliable support I have IRL when it comes to weight loss, and she recently moved two hours away. So I'm counting on all of you to keep me on track!

I've got about 34 pounds to go, so I figured I would introduce myself and really get started!

hey becky! this is my first day on the site as well. i have been yoyo dieting for the past two years, and i originally lost 20 pounds but i gained most of it back since last summer. i know that i can lose the weight again if i try, but i have been having some difficulties in the past few months. i tried the atkins diet for a week but i didnt lose anything and i am not sure if it is the healthiest for me because i am on a sports team. so starting today i think i am going to try to stick with the low calorie diet, and i plan on having 1000-1200 calories a day. i really want to lose this weight, but i need support like you!

i am also really into exercise, i am on a crew team and we practice every day. i look forward to sharing the journey of losing those pounds with you!

Welcome girl :D My name is Tarrah and I'm new here as well. I had a baby back in Aug. but have had 3 others in the past 4 years so I understand where you're at right now, but I have a lot more than that to lose ;) You can do it just remember that, I'm still trying to tell myself that lol
