Hi, I'd like to join... I just sorta started mine now though (even though it's halfway through march) so I'll just write down everything from yesterday on!
Goal:
4-5 hours of exercise a week (12-15 hours total for March)
Date Exercise
(week 1)
14 - 1 hr aerobics (cardio + resistance)
15 - 1 hr aerobics (cardio + resistance)
16 - gym for 1 hr (elliptical 30 min, abs 20 min, stretch 10 min)
17 - 1 hr gym (stepper, elliptical, abs, stretch)
total: 4 hours!
(week 2)
18 - 1 hour walk
19 - 1 hour aerobics (cardio + weights)
20 - definitely pulled my groin yesterday. Can't even walk without pain. Blah.
21 - still painful to walk. Hopefully back to the gym tomorrow. sigh.
22 - back! Aerobics 1 hr
23 - 70 mins gym (crossramp, abs, stretch)
24 - 2 h gym (run, crossramp, abs, weights, stretch)
total: 6 hours, 10 mins!
(week 3)
25 - 1h 15 mins gym (crossramp, abs, stretch)
26 - 1h 15 mins gym (crossramp, abs, stretch)
27 - just some hardcore cleaning! lol
28 - walk 1/2 hr
