Planning Wednesday Feb 21st

  • (Look, Ange, I got the date right )

    B: steel-cut oats w/raisins and soy milk (how long does a carton of soy milk last for in the fridge, anyway?)
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: 2 scrambled egg beaters, toast w/pb, salad
    S: apricots and almonds
    D: carrots w/hummus.. err... hm. I really need to find a microwave on campus. If I'm really on top of things in the morning I'll cook a chicken breast and make it into a wrap to bring for dinner. If not.. umm... good question. I'm at a loss. Not good.
  • Yesterday I forgot bring what I planned with me. I was wronging late and didn’t feel well and just plan forgot. I ended up buying a ham sandwich on sourdough for lunch which wasn’t bad. An then I bought a bottle of Minute Maid OJ (Normally I don’t drink juice because I don’t like to drink my calories but I thought the vitamin C boast would help this cough thing). BUT I managed to resist Paczki all day. (If you're polish you will understand the temptation of Paczki on Fat Tuesday!)

    B: SF Instant Oatmeal
    L: Chicken Sandwich (2 slices wheat bread, 2 oz Health Choice Chicken luncheon meat, mustard, and lettuce); 2 clemaintins; yogurt
    D: Salsa Chicken (Chicken, black bean, corn, and salsa cooked in the crockpot all day) and a salad.
    S: ???

    WO: Walking to school .6 miles

    Water: 3 Liters
