I myself need lots of rewards. So, what I did was to write down a treat for every five pounds lost, little things mostly like some new earrings or a massage from my hubby, then sealed them in individual envelopes that I get to open when I reach that weight. It's fun, because I forget what I wrote down, and my husband gave me a set of envelopes of things that HE will do for me at the dame points. It's like getting presents lots more often!! I love it. Plu, it seems to keep me more focused. I did it before I got pregnant with my mast baby, and dropped twenty pounds before I knew it!
