In my humble opinion ... your rewards are too far apart!! Try setting them about five pounds apart instead of 19 and then ten pounds apart. My goal was 20lbs and I had set "rewards" every three to four pounds. So far it's working. Good Luck!

great ideas ladies. I'm going to Europe for the summer which is why I want to lose the weight by the end of May (when my flight takes off). I really want to be happy with myself during my trip. I dont want to be dissappointed so that's my reward. Happiness in Europe!

silver plum: I'm studying English, how bout you? How long has your program been? (I think it's kind of weird to stop in December, but my program is only 3 semesters....) I got a small tattoo in high school... I've wanted another one ever since :)

Think I am gonna get two more tattoos to express myself when I get halfway through my weightloss also. :) I remember things at very weird times, was thinking of this last night at the club. lol.

I myself need lots of rewards. So, what I did was to write down a treat for every five pounds lost, little things mostly like some new earrings or a massage from my hubby, then sealed them in individual envelopes that I get to open when I reach that weight. It's fun, because I forget what I wrote down, and my husband gave me a set of envelopes of things that HE will do for me at the dame points. It's like getting presents lots more often!! I love it. Plu, it seems to keep me more focused. I did it before I got pregnant with my mast baby, and dropped twenty pounds before I knew it!
