Yippee!

Was window shopping at a mall today when i noticed a pair of jeans going half priced ($19, down from usual $40), so I took 3 pairs to try: 32" waist, 31" and 30" (For as long as I can remember, I've been at least a 32" - but haven't slack/jean shopped that much at all - though for the last 2-3 months I've been having to belt the jeans/slacks in my closet.)

Lo and behold: the 30" x 30" fits! with a little wiggle room to spare. I was beaming like crazy when I made my purchase - a well worth it $20 splurge -- not to mention some motivation. I can't wait till I slim down enough that I'd have to belt this pair! :D

Now, working my way towards normal BMI (I'm at the very lower end of overweight -- just 8-10 more pounds to go!)

WOO HOO!

I'm just now fitting into some 31s, and 30s if I squeeze.

Congrats!! I remember last winter when I bought jeans in the smallest size I had ever fit into... I was so happy every time I wore them, and they were the cutest things EVER!!

That's my new goal, fitting into those things... probably won't happen til next fall though...

Congrats on the NSV! :)
Now if only the woman's fashion industry could get it together enough to logically size clothing...........
