    It's that time again... Everybody JOIN in on another monthly challenge we all so grown to love! The year 2007 is starting, so no more excuses for laying around under a cozy blanket! Start now with your weight loss "New Year's Resolution" so next year all you have to ask of yourself is to maintain. Don't make this a monthly challenge for yourself, make it a lifetime routine! You can do it girls!

  • A baby step at a time
    I will start slowly. At least 30 mins a day 5 days a week. Goal for January 2007 is 660 mins and to lose 1# a week. I have a 6 months old boy and am breastfeeding so cannot cut my calories too much. Good luck to all of you in your goals.
  • Count me in! Planning to do 300 minutes a week, about a total 1440mins in Jan (5 x Cardio, 5 x Abs, 3 x Weights, 2 x Flexibility) , we'll see how it goes
