It's that time again... Everybody JOIN in on another monthly challenge we all so grown to love! The year 2007 is starting, so no more excuses for laying around under a cozy blanket! Start now with your weight loss "New Year's Resolution" so next year all you have to ask of yourself is to maintain. Don't make this a monthly challenge for yourself, make it a lifetime routine!
