Default Fit-Day

Bonjour!
(I'm going to France in T- 6 months so I thought I should use French!)
I have a question about Fit-Day. I just started using it to keep track of my calories that I eat throughout the day, I was just wondering if there was someplace that I could keep track of my activities throughout the day as well. I know fit-day does this, but I was looking for something more in-depth. Like for example I wear a pedometer all day, so someplace that I could put that information into. Or if you have any hints or tricks for how to do this with fit-day then please let me know!

I enter my pedometer on fitday under walking.

I guess my question is do you just pick one of the walking and then put however minutes it would take to equal the amount of calories on your pedometer? Or should I just ignore what I do throughout the day, because it is a part of my 'lifestyle' anyway?

I agree with Trisha Ann. I just consider it part of my lifestyle, and don't enter my total steps into my activity log. Though I do post the amount of steps I take into my dairy. I guess it's all up to what you want to do. It does count as exercise because you are moving, but...do whatever you think is best for YOU.
