HAH! I love it!!! I reward myself with clothes, music, books, makeup... things that make me feel good and I can play with in my ME time... I don't get a lot of it with a fulltime job and a toddler but I try to get myself rewards that make me feel better about myself and perpetuate the healthy cycle I'm trying to keep myself in :)

Well, my end-game reward when I reach goal weight is going to be the boob reduction surgery I've been pining over for the past four years. My dad agreed to pay for it if I can reach my goal weight. Cause he's just cool like that; and he just has too much freckin money like that. ;)
I'm horrible about intermediate goals. I'm totally broke, which doesn't help, and I do things like doing my own nails and going to the beach to play with the dogs (our version of a dog park) all the time anyway; I'd just get frustrated if I tried to make those into a "special reward". |
What I'm really look forward to is going to visit my friend in Montreal and going shoppingggg!! As many times as I've heard it or have told my self that the size on the tag doesn't matter it will be soooo nice to fit into smaller ones :D

I just redid my reward list on my blog. I found my past lists were not at all motivating and really shadowed other lists I had seen.
I now have things I really want from a new camera lens (for my 1st year anniversary of quitting smoking) to a Tiffany bracelet for my goal reward. I think they have to be things you really enjoy or it kind of throws the achievement back in your face. You need to reward yourself for all sorts of things and do what you want - not what you think you should do. You guys have some great rewards :D |
Nikaia, I'm gonna go for the boob reduction too!! That is one of my biggest motivations, I can't believe I forgot to mention it :)
