break's over

I've been totally slacking lately... I haven't been to the gym once in 2007! Not to mention I've been eating all sorts of junk.

It's gotta end! I'm writing it here so I'm accountable. I need to figure out a new plan. :^:

I haven't seen you around these parts since before Christmas? What were you up to?

New diet plan? New exercise plan? New will power plan? New everything plan?

What have you tried, and what are you willing to try? And you have come so far from 311lbs!!! To be honest, I think it would be easier to finish the last leg of the race than give up and go back to the start. Does that make sense?

Oh yeah, I'm not giving up and going back there. I just need to kick my own butt into action here. A new plan to get me on track I guess, is what I mean.

Go you!!!!

What's the new plan? what was the old plan? :)

futuresurferchick 01-19-2007 12:59 AM

Good question. The old plan was eat less, eat healthy and move more, I guess. I don't really count calories although I do make vague estimates.

Lately I've been eating a lot of stuff I should stay away from, snacking too much etc. And I've been really slacking off on exercising... just getting complacent, you know?

djs06 01-19-2007 09:41 AM

 of course, i know all about that!!!!

It happens, though... things/methods that might have worked in the past might not work anymore, they just need a little tweaking :) you can do it!
