Planning Friday January 12

  • Thank goodness it’s Friday!!!

    Yesterday went as planned except I substituted homemade hot chocolate (non-fat milk, coco, and splenda) for the pudding because I was cold and something warm sounded better.

    B: SF Brown Sugar and Maple Oatmeal (does this seem like a contradiction to anyone else???)
    S: 2 Clemantains
    L: I’m still debating I have a meeting when my class gets out at 1:30 where they are ordering Jimmy Johns (I’m assuming party subs). If it does not have mayo on it then I plan on getting a piece of the Veggie Sub. If it does then I am going to skip the sub and wait until I get home to eat. I also plan on skipping any chips or cookies they might have and if they don’t have diet coke then I plan on drinking water.
    S: Crave Control yogurt and maybe grapes if they are still good (???)
    D: Picadillo (made with 95% lean ground beef), black beans, brown rice
    S: I’m not sure probable some popcorn and maybe a salad or string cheese.
    S: tea before bed

    WO: Walking 40 minutes (1.2 miles) to and from school

    Water: 3 Liters
