Here's my plan for the day. Have been following my plan well this whole week!
B - Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin, 1 T butter, Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
L - Snack Wrap, apple
S - Either tea or an Energy Bar
D - ? Whatever the bf makes for dinner
WO - Today is an off day since I worked out twice yesterday. If I go to the YMCA with my bf I will work out though
