Hi everyone!

I am new to this and I really hope that I can stick to this. I have 2 little babies and am having a hard time taking care of myself, so I need to have a place that I can go to talk and get a little motivation.

i have a 16 month old and a 2 month old and i have a hard time eating healthy and getting any regular exercise. i am so busy!!

any tips would be great! i haven't bought any new summer clothes for two years so i am hoping to lose a little weight and have that as a reward.

welcome. i can relate! i have a 20 mo old dd and all my time goes to her. i too have not bought new clothes in close to 3 yrs. i just wear my dh's lol.....my weightloss is very very slow....im getting frustrated and ready to throw in the towel. but....i know it takes time. gl on ur wl!!!

Busy Momma, welcome. I too can relate - I have a 4 yr old, a 23 mo old and a 13 mo old, and I work out of my home. The kick in the pants I needed was to finally realize how much better I'll be able to take care of them, if and only if I first take care of myself! And, as an added bonus, I know I'm teaching them from an early age how important it is to take care of their bodies.
