C'mon you guys we're almost through week 1, lets encourage eachother to keep going!!
I've been going through a stage of depression, and I've been oversleeping. I know I need to exercise more. It's just that it's easier said than done when going through the stress, and what not that I am under right now. No, it's not an excuse. I just need a bit of inspiration. If anyone has any words, quotes, or what not..please let me know. With all of you lovely ladies around to help me, I am sure I can beat this!
Also, I will be updating my exercise ticker later on today. Going to take the dog on a walk, and I am probably going to try this yoga tape I got. Seems pretty fun. It's a basic step to getting great abs tape. lol.
My time will be between curves, walk away the pounds and yoga, trying to become flexible again.

Jan 10th - 30 min @ curves and 1 mile walking video = 50 minutes

Just finished downloading a lot of awesome treadmill/exercise rock tunes from iTunes for my mp3 player..makes me want to go get on the treadmill now. LOL. :P
My goals are to exercise at least 30 minutes or more a day.

Joined the YMCA the other day, and have been working out for an hour everday since then (before I was doing 30 minutes). Since I started working out 5-6 days a week (Sundays are my days off) I feel great! It's also helped with my depression, and I feel happier! Also, I sleep better..so...I am very satisfied so far. Also I've lost 11 lbs so far! That's a huge plus also.
