Beginners Challenge~ 30 Min. Cardio Minimum, 4 Days/week

Intermediate Challenge~ 45 Min. Cardio Minimum, 5 Days/week

Oo, this sounds fun! I think I'll try the beginners challenge!

Day 1: 6th September, 30 minutes of C25K (W2D1)
Day 2: 8th September, 30 minutes of C25K (W2D2)
Day 3: 10th September, 30 minutes of C25K (W2D3)
Day 4: 12th September, 30 minutes of C25K (W3D1)

Try one new exercise: Kayaking!

Day 2~9/9~ 66 Min Treadmill (3.4 Miles @ 5% Incline), 50 Min. Post-Dinner walk (2.8 Miles)
Day 3~ 9/10~ 144 Min. Walk (7.7 Miles)
Day 4~ 9/11~ 65 Min. Stationary bike
Day 5~ 9/12~ 45 Min. Walk (2.4 Miles)

New Exercise~ 10 Min. Intro Kettle Bell Class

Tried something new today. Did a Yoga class after my Zumba class.
Sunday - 30 min elliptical
Monday -30 min walk, 30 min elliptical
Tuesday - 30 min walk, 15 min elliptical
Wednesday - 30 min elliptical
Thursday - 30 min walking, Zumba, Yoga
Friday - 30 min walking, 30 min elliptical
