9/5: 162.4-1.2 lbs-.73%
9/12: 160.8 (-1.6lbs) (-.99%)
9/19: 161.4 +.6 lbs +.37%
9/26: 159.8-1.6 lbs-.99%
10/3: 158.2- 1.6 lbs-1%I seem to have a theme with 1.6 lbs. Odd.
(Final) 10/10: 159.4+1.2 lbs +.76% This makes me sad as i have been OP and have worked out 6 times since Monday. I am assuming it is water weight due to my sore muscles, but it still sucks!
