Default Parsley root

I saw some in the store yesterday. Have you ever cooked it? What do you do with it?

I love turnips. Is it as hot as a turnip or sweeter like a carrot?

More like a carrot. Like a parsnip. I have only had it cooked in chicken soup.

Thank you. We grow our own parsley and some of them should be removed because they wild seeded where we don't want them. I think I'll just have to nab a root soon!
