When I joined 3FC, I had a lofty goal to lose 50 pounds. I was pretty confident I could do it, but wanted to search the net for a supportive weight-loss forum. Holy cow - I didn't know how blessed I was to find this site!!

Seeing all of the pictures of the befores and afters has inspired me so much. I have looked at many of them. In the before, I tend to tell myself, "Wow, she looks kind of like me." Then I see the after! At first, I was telling myself how great it was for you guys that you could do it. Then, my thinking started to shift. Now, I think, "Wow! That is fantastic - AND I can do that, too!"

My goal has shifted, too. My goal is to lose 100 pounds. Lofty goal? Yes - but if you guys can do it, so can I!!

Thank you guys so much for welcoming me here to 3FC and for being such an inspiration to me.

Amen! I agree 100%. I feel so luck to have found this place. The before and after pictures are a constant source of inspiration. If other people can do it, real people who had real struggles and got through it, then so can I!

Atta girl!!!! Nothing, absolutely NOTHING is insurmountable. You absolutely CAN lose 100 lbs if you want to. There's nothing to stop you. Absolutely nothing. Go for it!!! You will never, ever regret it - not for a single, solitary second.

And of course we're here to help, support, advise and encourage you every step of the way.

before and after pictures they really motivating me too! if they can do it is posible...it's somenthing that i can hopefor, i can do it!
i feel very lucky that i found this forum just like you do, i was loking for support from people they done this or are in the way to have this done.
