Default if not blue then what

I am new to the forum but have been a lurker for a while. I am very disapointed that Pure has closed right when I decided to go back on plan. We are having a weight loss competition at work and I know the lawl is the way for me to go. I have some bars left and many blue plans, but was wondering if I need to change my plan as I was put on the blue since I worked nights. I am no longer on nights and feel that I should eat less. Anyone know what plan I should be on and what it is?

I believe that you would be on purple which is:

2 P, 4 V, 3 Fruit, 2 S, 1 Dairy, 1 Fat

Protein portion sizes (raw wt, if cooked subtract one ounce) Non-vegetarian clients may select from the vegetarian protein list but it's recommended to do so in moderation.

Beef 6 oz; Calamari 7oz; Chicken Breast or ground white meat 8 oz
Cottage Cheese 3/4 c
Eggs - 3 whole large (6 per week max) or 3/4 c egg beaters
Ricotta Cheese, part skim 6 oz
Roast Beef (luncheon meat, low fat, low sodium, thin sliced) 8 slices
Shrimp 7 oz
Tuna, canned drained 6 oz
Turkey breast or ground white meat 7 oz

Veg Proteins
Beans anytype, bagged - 2 c
1% cottage cheese 3/4 c
Lentils - 2 c cooked
Miso - 5 oz
Nuts - 5 Tablespoons
Seeds - 5 Tablespoons
Peanut Butter - 3 Tablespoons
Vegetarian burger any variety 2
Vegetarian hot dog any variety 2

Generally BLUE replaces Gold, which is what you will likely need to be on when your weight is closer to goal. They switched me about 190 lbs from Purple and were going to put me on Gold but then decided to go to BLUE since I was exercising quite a bit. (but I think it has to do with how far above your goal weight you are too, which is kind of silly since people pick goal weights all over the place and my goal weight was way lower than the weight I ended up being happy at). You get larger protein servings on Purple, but fewer starches.

But Barbara, you are quite a bit taller than she is. I think we need someone closer to her height to see when she would switch to gold.

Well, I was trying to be tactful and not say that she was probably lighter when she was put on BLUE in the past.... The things that I have seen have had it so many pounds above goal weight, so I think I was about 30 pounds above goal weight when they switched me. That might be more helpful to her.

thanks for your input. When I started I weighed about the same as I do now. They put me on blue since I workrd night shift. They said it was for shift workers. I will start with the purple and re-assess when I lose. Beth
