Default This is one of my fave cooking websites!!!

and I just had to share... http://www.danispies.com

Have you ever heard of her? On some of her recipes sure subs are necessary but for the most part, I think they're pretty good! Everytime I've made a dish of hers at home, it's gotten rave reviews! She doesn't ask for money (that I know of), it's free to view and surf and whatnot, and I think she's entertaining to watch Enjoy!!!!

LOL well Dani has always gotten rave reviews at my house, so I guess you could say I have learned to trust her. Problem is, I have no clue where to get Swiss chard, or leeks for that matter.....

Holli - your grocery store should have them! But the checkout people will look at you funny when you check out.

Swiss chard is usually near the cabbages/bok choy/mustard and collard greens. It looks like this:

Leeks are usually near the celery and/or cucumbers where I shop, and they look like this:

Most major grocery stores DO have them, just not in the most visible places (they won't usually be, for example, right next to the broccoli and bell peppers...more likely they'll be near other veggies you haven't tried).

Amanda you are a lifesaver thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dunno why I didn't get an email for this thread when you posted, but I see it now. I have looked and looked at the store and I guess I never found it cause I didn't know what I was looking for LOL! Definitely can't wait to pick up those two items, cause Dani has some yummy pasta she makes with the leeks and of course I can't wait to try those burritos

You are quite welcome Zuleka! I just love her, she has such wonderful recipes on there (and I adore cooking).
