I lost my binder with my do's and don'ts of all the different ethnic foods. The only one I remember is Chinese: Do eat steamed veggies DON'T eat General Tso's

Does anyone have those pages and be willing to send it to me?? My husband is dying to eat Indian food this weekend and we love ethnic foods in general anyway!
