I am with you guys! I love low carbing and losing weight! It's great to find a way of eating that works for you and helps you lose weight!!
I can lose some weight on low calorie, but I keep craving chocolate. With Atkins, it's not that way at all - and when I do crave chocolate, I can eat the sugar free/fat free pudding cup and I am good to go!
DeeDee10 - I have the same problem of not eating enough each day!
