Default quick TO question

I just read the thread about TO (Jan 2-3) - you guys are so knowledgeable, wow!
Just to recap quickly, this is what I should do, right(?):
- unlimited lean protein (I don't have Lites)
- unlimited green vegetables

PLUS:

4 oranges OR 1/2 cantaloupe OR 2 grapefruits OR (how much?) fresh pineapple

PAM spray for cooking
2L of water

I think I will do it over the weekend!

Apple- that sounds about right. The pineapple was something I tried just because I didn't have any juice or oranges and I wasn't going to drive into town to get any. I did 4 servings of fresh pineapple. 3/4 c. each. I think I did pretty good since I netted a 3.4 lb. loss.

Good luck. Hope to see you around more.

I guess I have a question my Take Off menu says you only get 6 oz of cooked lean protein for the day, plus 2 serving of Green Vegetables, plus 2 La Lite Bars. Make sure that you drink at least 8-8 oz glasses of water.

The Fast Forward menu(this is done at very beginnin of weight loss) is unlimited protein, unlimited vegetables. I have the sheets in front of me but I also was a client of Pure WeightLoss so maybe this is something that was different between PWL and LAWL?

TO is 6oz of lean protein daily, unlimited green veggies, 8/8oz water, TO juice or the fruit options, and 2 LA lite bars.
It is a pain and will give you a stomach ache and any weight loss noticed may be temporary as the goal is to prep your body to ramp up and burn more calories later.
I mostly use TO to get me back under control for measuring my portions and reminding myself that I can eat less with out being hungry.

Reda- You must have the old TO sheet, they updated it to unlimited green veggies. The numbered plan book also says you can have 1 1/2 c. egg beaters or 12 egg whites or 2 cups tofu for your protein choices.

unlimited diet, calorie free beverage
unlimited coffee or tea, reg or decaf

Condiments- choose three per day unless otherwise listed
ICBINB spray (unlimited)
salad dressing, fat free or low fat (1 Tbs.)
salad dressing, fat free, Italian (2 Tbs.)
Vinegar(unlimited)

I have a big problem with starches, so I use TO to get starch cravings under contol. I used to have pretty good losses with TO, but have noticed it has tapered off a little bit.

I started mine to kick start the new year and detoxify from X-mas baked goods (to be precise).
My day one went well, did not feel hungry at all. Did a great stir-fry for dinner: shrimp, green peppers, celery, a bit of half-salt, pepper, oregano and PAM-spray. It was great :-) I drank a lot of water and green tea.
I'll keep you posted on my results.

Only the LAWL centers are open. Mine here in MT is still open. Look in the "sticky" newbie thread at the top of the forum for some good subs for the lites. You can always look on Ebay for lites, but someone said that the prices were going up on them since PWL closed. Good Luck.
